Nos cuvées

Perle blanche

A delicate champagne, 100% Chardonnay with a beautiful golden color.

A fine and delicious aroma with subtle pastry-like notes, such as almond, pistachio and hazelnut.

In addition to its aroma, our taste buds are aroused by the fruity notes of orange, lemon, and kiwi, and by its attack - so nicely blended with a crisp and mild lemon finish.

An aperitif champagne that can also accompany shellfish, fish or even a foie gras with ratafia jelly.

Aging time in our cellars: 3 years minimum.

Aging time after disgorging: 4 to 6 months.

Olea

A champagne with a pale gold color, rimmed with its thin bead of bubbles.

Truly worthy of being a Cru of Champagne, its blend of 80% Chardonnay gives it finesse with aromas of flint and toasted almonds, and the 20% Pinot Noir provides both the structure and texture of this vintage.

A rich and full-bodied savor that fills our palate with a fruity blend of red and black currant with hints of biscuit.

From aperitif to desert, it reveals itself nicely alongside a dish of quail with grapes, or with a desert of pear cooked in wine.

Aging time in our cellars: between 2 and 3 years.

Aging time after disgorging: 4 to 6 months.

Olea Demi-Sec

With the golden glow of this champagne, our taste buds are aroused by its sweet aroma with notes of nougat, hazelnut, caramel and sesame. It also possesses hints of candied orange.

The palate is smooth and unctuous, reminiscent of fruit pulp and honey, while its notes of dried fruit, such as apricot and fig, give it remarkable roundness.

The finish is marked by a subtle touch of mineral freshness.

Ideal to accompany foie gras with figs.

Aging time in our cellars: between 2 and 3 years.

Aging time after disgorging: 12 months.

Les Agapes

This lovely yellow reflection of this champagne beautifully reveals its delicate sparkles.

Its sumptuous aroma with notes of undergrowth and red berries, such as wild strawberries and blackberries, also reveals a mild spicy scent of green pepper and licorice.

This mature and somewhat complex champagne, elaborated with 40% Pinot Noir and 60% Chardonnay, exquisitely harmonizes a round, vinous and warm taste with hints of nectarines, pears and apples.

A champagne for connoisseurs, as an aperitif or why not to accompany duck thigh with cider.

Time aging in our cellars: 3 years minimum.

Time aging after disgorging: 4 to 6 months.

Baiser Fatal

This Rosé, known as our "ruby" champagne, is characterized by a refined redcurrant allure.

It's fine aroma with subtle hints of fresh fruit, cherries and raspberries is complemented by fine mineral notes. It then evolves to aromas of clafoutis and delicately peppered spices.

Rounded on the palate with a subtle touch of fruity cherry liquor, plum and black grape and culminating in a delightfully long finish.

A perfect champagne to accompany a meal, such as "coq au vin" or beef bourguignon, and can be drunk with an aperitif as well as with a dessert like black forest cake.

Aging time in our cellars: between 18 and 24 months.

La Réserve de Victor

A pale gold champagne with a yellow shimmer.

The aroma is mature with notes of candied orange and blackcurrant. The tasteful evolution of this vintage assembled with 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, reveals notes of hazelnut, caramel and prune liquor.

The roundness on the palate together with these notes of candied fruit, remind us of the candy pole days of our childhood.

An excellent champagne for dessert or a mildly spicy meal.

Time aging in our cellars: 4 years minimum.

Time aging after disgorging: 4 to 6 months.

Les petits pieds d'Emma

This vintage was grown on the oldest of our Chardonnay plots and harvested in 2008. It portrays beautiful shades of gold with nicely rimmed bubbles of finesse.

The aroma is delicate with a beautifully complex blend. Here we have scents of white flowers, such as the acacia, mixed with mineral notes like chalk and flint. Our taste buds are titillated by the aromas of almonds, pineapple and brioche.

This is all very tastefully balanced with a fine, round and very fruity palate. Its sweetness reveals lemony notes of pineapples and clementine coated with sweet white-flower honey.

You champagne lovers will enjoy this aperitif straight out of the cellar at around 10°C.

Time aging in our cellars: 4 years minimum.

Time aging after disgorging: after 6 months.
